We will transitioning to using Canvas. You can access it by following the directions below. I will also be uploading a video showing you how to do this and emailing it to you. Student and Guardian Canvas Login Steps 1) Visit the log-in page: https://slcschools.instructure.com 2) Choose Salt Lake School District as the location if prompted. 3) Your student has an account. The login username format is: First name.first letter of last name last three digits of student [email protected] (example: [email protected]) The password is their student ID/lunch number. Student ID numbers can be found in PowerSchool or by contacting me. 4) Parents may create an account, if desired. Accounts can be setup from the student login page. After your account is created, parents can use the student login page to access Canvas account information.

Creative Pursuits: Finish researching your topic if you haven't. Remember, your topic should be scaled down so that you are teaching something specific on your two pages. You can always research and learn more, but make sure that you have a general idea of what the reader will learn after they have read your pages. For example, if my topic was tectonic plates, then I could narrow down my topic to the three different ways the tectonic plates move. |
